The program was among the first to build AI at enterprise scale: a multi-million-dollar program of custom AI from 2023, weekly innovation hours across the field as it evolved, multi-agent work showcased at a major platform vendor's annual conference in 2024, and two of the largest consulting firms coming to learn from what it had built. In early 2025 Dale built an AI operating system of his own from scratch, and there built and tested the Trusted Living Agent Framework and the Inception Void method. His work has spanned enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, AI operations, and the governance frameworks that make autonomous systems trustworthy.

His first book, Bears & Mosquitoes: Building Trusted AI from the Inside Out (June 25, 2026), introduces Trusted Living Agents™ — a practical, plain-language approach to AI trust built for business leaders, not engineers. The central metaphor: while organizations spent years defending against the obvious threats (the bears), the real risks crept in quietly (the mosquitoes) — shadow AI, hallucinated decisions, agents making calls nobody approved.
