Dale Martin has spent three decades at the intersection of technology, leadership, and trust. Most recently, as senior manager in charge of program management and responsible AI governance at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Dale led a team of program managers and AI governance managers across an organization of more than 120,000 employees. The program was among the first to build AI at enterprise scale: a multi-million-dollar program of custom AI from 2023, weekly innovation hours across the field as it evolved, multi-agent work showcased at a major platform vendor's annual conference in 2024, and two of the largest consulting firms coming to learn from what it had built. In early 2025 Dale built an AI operating system of his own from scratch, and there built and tested the Trusted Living Agent Framework and the Inception Void method. His work has spanned enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, AI operations, and the governance frameworks that make autonomous systems trustworthy.

Now Dale is building what comes next. As principal at Mortar Cloud LLC, he advises organizations and early-stage AI companies on trusted AI strategy, governance design, and the frameworks that make autonomous systems trustworthy. His approach is practical and plain-language — built for business leaders, not engineers.
